A Nucleus Research report found that 65% of companies are using a mobile CRM to meet their sales quotas.

Even though access of CRMs on mobile remains low,  81% of users are accessing their CRMs from multiple devices. 

There’s been a big leap in the use of cloud CRM. In 2008, we witnessed just 12% of businesses using cloud CRMs. That has now increased to 87% (Superoffice)

CRMs are big business. In 2019, spending on SaaS reached $42 billion USD and it represents 75% of  all Customer relationship management software spend.

CRM growth will reach $80 billion by 2025.

Nearly 60% of  organizations expect to increase IT spending in 2019. They will spend more in 2020. Digital transformation remains a core guiding principle.

Customer experience takes centerstage. With a CRM software you get a 360 degree view of the customer and manage all aspects of client communication. The customer remains at the forefront in 2020.
In 2019 overall CRM usage increased from 56% to 74%.
